摘要:
針對現有大直徑管道焊接培訓用工位架存在的焊工勞動強度高、工件就位后高度與橫梁角度不可調節及安全性低等不足,設計開發了可解決上述難題的液壓升降式工位架。液壓升降式工位架利用液壓頂升原理,具有操作輕便、勞動強度低,調節方便、靈活,安全性和穩定性高、維護方便等優點。經試用效果良好,可完全滿足大直徑管道的日常焊接培訓需要。液壓升降式工位架可適用于Φ530 mm以上大直徑管道的焊接培訓,具有推廣價值。
Abstract:
In order to solve the problems of the high labor intensity of the welders,the unadjustable height of the workpiece after the emplacement and the beam angle,and the low safety,the hydraulic lifting station frame is designed and developed. By using the hydraulic jacking principle,the new station frame is easy to operate,and has the advantages of the low labor intensity,the convenient adjustment,the flexibility,the high safety and stability,and the convenient maintenance,etc. The hydraulic lifting station frame works well after the trail,which can fully meet the daily welding training needs of the large diameter pipes. The hydraulic lifting station rack can be applied to the welding training of the large diameter pipes more than Φ530 mm and popularized.
