摘要:
為了查明某X60M螺旋焊管泄露原因,通過力學試驗、金相分析、掃描電鏡和能譜分析等手段,對該泄露管段進行了理化檢驗及失效分析。檢驗發現,該焊管內壁泄漏部位處存在組織異常、開裂及銅污染。經分析,鋼管泄露的主要原因是:在鋼管焊接過程中,由于操作不當,Cu電極與管體接觸,當兩者間接觸不良時,電阻增大,產生電弧,高溫電弧導致管體灼傷及Cu電極的熔化,從而使該部位發生開裂及Cu污染。
Abstract:
In order to find out the leaking cause of a certain X60M spiral welded pipe,physical and chemical examination and failure analysis were carried out for the leaking pipe section by means of mechanical test,metallographic analysis,scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis. It was found that there were abnormal cracks and copper contamination in the leaking part of the inner wall of the welded pipe. According to the analysis,the main reasons for the leakage of the steel pipe are as follows,during the welding of the steel pipe, due to improper operation,the Cu electrode is in contact with the pipe body. When the contact between the two is poor,the resistance becomes larger and an electric arc is generated. The high-temperature electric arc leads to the burning of the pipe body and the melting of the Cu electrode,which leads to the cracking of the part and Cu pollution.
